Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach Cooked & squeezed dry
- 1 packages - 8-oz. pkg cream cheese Softened
- 3/4 cups - Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups - Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese Divided use
- 1 packages - Knorr vegetable recipe mix
- 1 cans - 8-oz. can water chestnuts Drained & chopped
- 2 - Cloves garlic Finely chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 C. cheese, vegetable recipe mix, water chestnuts and garlic in medium bowl.
2. Spoon into 2-quart casserole, then top w/ remaining 1/2 C. cheddar/Monterey jack cheese.
3. Bake 35 min. or until heated through.
4. Serve, if desired, with toasted French baquette rounds, sliced garlic bread, corn or tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
