Hot Buttered Rum Mix

Ingredients:

  1. 1 quarts - vanilla ice cream softened
  2. 1 pounds - powdered sugar
  3. 1 pounds - light brown sugar
  4. 1/2 pounds - butter
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  7. 1 quarts - vanilla ice cream softened
  8. 1 pounds - powdered sugar
  9. 1 pounds - light brown sugar
  10. 1/2 pounds - butter
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon

Directions:

-Melt butter and add to sugars and spices.
-Add softened ice cream.
-Put in plastic container & freeze until needed.
-Serve w/rum and hot water: use approximately 1-2 tablespoons per cup, topped with nutmeg or cinnamon.
**It will not freeze firm.
**Will keep indefinitely.
