Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - chopped onion
  2. 1 tablespoons - oleo or butter
  3. 8 ounces - cream cheese cubed
  4. 1 cups - milk
  5. 4 ounces - canned mushrooms drained
  6. 2 1/2 ounces - smoked beef chopped
  7. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
  8. 2 tablespoons - chopped parsley
  9. - chips for serving with

Directions:

Saute onion in oleo or butter. Add cream cheese and milk and stir until melted.

Add remaining ingredients and heat until heated through.

Serve with chips.
