This dip can be kept warm in a crockpot or slow cooker (over very low heat) for serving later as well.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Onion
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 cups - Milk
- 8 ounces - Cream cheese
- 1 jars - Dried Beef chopped or torn into bite-size pieces
- 3 ounces - Mushroom Pieces
- 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons - dried parsley
Directions:
Over medium-high heat in large pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Cut cream cheese into smaller pieces. Reduce heat to medium and stir in milk and cream cheese until well-blended, and continue stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted. Add dried beef, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot with crackers or vegetables.
