Hot Beef Dip

  1. 1/4 cups - Onion
  2. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  3. 1 cups - Milk
  4. 8 ounces - Cream cheese
  5. 1 jars - Dried Beef chopped or torn into bite-size pieces
  6. 3 ounces - Mushroom Pieces
  7. 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese
  8. 2 tablespoons - dried parsley


Over medium-high heat in large pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Cut cream cheese into smaller pieces. Reduce heat to medium and stir in milk and cream cheese until well-blended, and continue stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted. Add dried beef, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot with crackers or vegetables.
