Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan cheese
  2. 4 - medium green onions chopped
  3. 1 cans - 16 oz. artichoke heart drained and cut into small pieces
  4. - crackers or cocktail rye bread if desired, for serving
  5. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except crackers in ungreased 1-quart microwavable casserole dish.

Cover tightly and microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until hot.

Serve warm with crackers.
