Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - honey-Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons - prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 2 - skinless salmon fillets (6 oz. each - about 1" thick)
- 1/4 cups - fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons - butter
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Whisk mustard and horseradish in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add salmon. Cook until beginning to brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Spread mustard-horseradish mixture over top of salmon, dividing equally. Broil salmon in skillet until mustard-horseradish mixture begins to brown and salmon is cooked through, about 4 minutes. Transfer to 2 plates.
Add lemon juice and butter to same skillet; whisk until melted. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over salmon.
