Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Lemon Juice
  2. 4 - Citrus Sugar see below
  3. 6 - Gin
  4. 2 - Triple Sec
  5. 2 - St-Germain
  6. 10 - Chilled Camomile Tea
  7. 6 - Cava
  8. - Garnish: lemon wheels, orange slices, pomegranate seeds or fresh berries
  9. - Nutmeg optional
  10. 2 2/3 cups - Sugar
  11. - Zest of 1 Lime
  12. - Zest of 1 Lemon
  13. - Zest of 1 Orange
  14. - Zest of 1 Grapefruit

Directions:

Mix lemon juice and citrus sugar (see below instructions) in a pitcher and stir. Add remaining liquid ingredients (except Cava) and ice. Stir. Strain out ice and pour into a sealable container. Serve chilled with garnishes and top with Cava. Option gourmet touch is to dust with grated nutmeg.

Citrus Sugar:
Combine sugar and zests in a sealed container. Shake well and let sit 2 hours.
