Honey Sesame Brisket Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - Corned Beef Brisket
  2. 1/2 cups - Low sodium soy sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons - Sesame Oil
  4. 3/4 cups - Honey
  5. 2 tablespoons - Dry Vermouth
  6. 4 cloves - Garlic minced
  7. 1 pieces - Fresh Ginger root minced
  8. 1 cans - Stewed tomatoes juiced reserved; 14.5 ounces
  9. 4 - Sesame-topped sandwich buns

Directions:

Place brisket, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vermouth, garlic, ginger and tomatoes in slow cooker; cover. Cook on low setting until meat is tender, about 10 hours. Shred meat, using 2 forks. Reserve remaining juice. Divide meat among buns. Serve with juice on the side.
