Honey mustard barbecued short ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 3 1/2 pounds - Beef Short Ribs 3- 31/2
  2. 1 tablespoons - Dijon Mustard
  3. 1 whole - Garlic Clove
  4. 2 tablespoons - Honey
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt & Pepper (1/8)
  6. 1 cups - Hickory bbq sauce
  7. 2 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  8. 2 tablespoons - Cold water
  9. 1 whole - Cooked noodles

Directions:

1. Place short ribs in slow cooker, in medium bowl combine mustard, garlic, honey, salt, pepper and bbq sauce. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook low 6-7 hours or until tender.

2. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, skim and solidified fat from top. Remove ribs, reheat them.

3. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Add to sauce from ribs, cook on stove top until hot and slightly thickened. Pour hot sauce over warm ribs.

4. Serve on cooked noodles.
