Ingredients:
- 3 - chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1/4 cups - lite soy sauce or gluten free tamari
- 2 teaspoons - sesame seed oil
- 2 teaspoons - freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons - black pepper
- - kosher or sea salt to taste
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1/4 cups - honey
- 1 tablespoons - sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar. Pour mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Cover chicken (or place in ziploc bag and seal); place in refrigerator and let marinate 2-3 hours.
Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat; remove chicken from marinade and drain liquid, adding chicken to skillet. Pour honey over chicken; add black pepper and salt, and toss to coat. Cook until chicken is browned and glaze forms; continue cooking until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with sesame seeds.
