Honey Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - yellow cornmeal
  2. 1 cups - all-purpose flour
  3. 1 tablespoons - baking powder
  4. 1/2 cups - granulated sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 cups - whole milk
  7. 2 - large eggs
  8. 1 sticks - butter melted
  9. 1/4 cups - honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together whole milk, eggs, butter and honey. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until mixed.

Evenly divide cornbread mixture into greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden.
