Honey Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 10 cups - Flour
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Granulated Sugar
  3. 1 1/4 cups - Honey
  4. 1 1/2 cups - Crisco
  5. 1 tablespoons - Baking Soda
  6. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  7. 1 teaspoons - Cloves
  8. 1 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  9. 2 cups - Milk
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  11. 2 pounds - Confectioner Sugar
  12. 1 cups - Cocoa
  13. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  15. - Milk

Directions:

For the cookie, cut in Crisco and dry ingredients with your hands. Add the liquids and mix well. Roll into sausage like rolls. Cut into pieces.
Bake at 375F for 8 minutes. Ice the cookies with icing below.

Mix the Icing ingredients together, adding Milk in small amounts to make it a smooth icing consistency.
