Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. 4 - eggs well beaten
  2. 1 cans - Eagle Brand condensed milk
  3. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  4. 1/2 cups - sugar
  5. 2 cans - to 3 cans of 12 oz. evaporated milk
  6. - rock salt for ice cream freezer tub


Beat together eggs and sugar. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla; beat well.

Pour into electric ice cream churn, adding water to fill container 2/3 full.

Use rock salt in freezer tub as directed on box of rock salt and freezer tub directions.
