If you do not like the seasoning to be as spicy, simply eliminate the red pepper or cayenne pepper or use milder chili powder, etc.

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons - hot chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
- 1 teaspoons - onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinchs - cayenne pepper
- 1 pinchs - red pepper flakes
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined; store in an airtight container until ready to use. One recipe of ingredients above makes 2 tablespoons of mix; make 10 times that to keep on hand if you use often.
For adding to ground beef for taco meat: After browning 1 pound of ground beef, add 2 tablespoons of mixture to pan along with 1/2 cup of water; stir well and allow to simmer down for a few minutes to blend flavors.
