Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - Tomatoes
  2. 6 - Jalapeño pepper Fresh
  3. 1/4 cups - White or Apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoons - Canning salt
  5. 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Minced garlic
  8. 4 cups - Tomatoes
  9. 6 - Jalapeño pepper Fresh
  10. 1/4 cups - White or Apple cider vinegar
  11. 1 tablespoons - Canning salt
  12. 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - Minced garlic

Directions:

Blend tomatoes in blender until coarse chopped. Pour into large pan. Add chopped peppers you have taken seeds out. Add rest of ingredients. Cook on stove top simmer until thickened. Put in clean hot Pint jars. Put in hot water bath for 20 min of boiling take out and tighten lids.
