Ingredients:
- 1 packages - Yeast
- 1/4 cups - Water
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1/2 cups - Margarine
- 3/4 cups - Milk
Directions:
Scald milk. Then add margarine, sugar, salt, and eggs. While milk is heating, mix yeast and warm water. When milk mixture is lukewarm, add to yeast, then add flour. The dough will be elastic-feeling and easy to work with. Knead dough on floured board for 5 minutes or longer. Place in greased bowl. Put wet cloth over bowl and turn greased side up; let rise until double, and punch down.
Divide dough into about 6 equal portions. Roll out in circle, and spread with soft butter. Then cut in pie-shape pieces and roll up in crescent shape pieces. Let rise until light and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
