This recipe makes the equivalent of one 10.75 oz. can of cream of chicken soup. Use it in recipes that call for cream of chicken soup.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups - chicken broth, low-sodium
- 1/4 teaspoons - poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoons - onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - dried parsley
- - a pinch of paprika
- 1/2 cups - milk
- 1/4 cups - all-purpose flour
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring the broth and seasonings to a simmer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth.
Slowly pour the milk and flour mixture into the broth and whisk until the mixture starts to thicken, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
The soup can be used immediately or stored, covered in an airtight container, in the fridge for a week. It can also be cooled and then placed in a sealable plastic bag or airtight container and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months; just thaw and use as needed.
