- 3/4 - chicken broth low-sodium
- 1/4 teaspoons - poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoons - onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - dried parsley
- - 1 pinch of paprika
- 1/2 cups - milk
- 1/4 cups - all-purpose flour
In a medium saucepan, bring to a simmer the broth and seasonings.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until mixed well and smooth.
Slowly pour the milk and flour mixture into the simmering broth and whisk until it starts to thicken, about 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkler in some salt and pepper to taste.
The soup can be used immediately or stored in the fridge for a week.
