Ingredients:
- 1 jars - Holy Posole Soup
- 1/2 boxes - Organic chicken broth
- 2 cups - Monterrey Jack cheese
- - Salt, to taste
- - Pepper, to taste
- 1 packages - Tri-color tortilla strips
Directions:
In a large stock pot add the Holy Posole Soup mix, the chicken broth and the cheese. Heat until it reaches at least 140 deg. Serve the soup into bowls and top w/ tortilla strips.
