Holiday Stuffing

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - Celery chopped
  2. 4 cups - Onion chopped
  3. 1 3/4 cups - Butter melted

Directions:

Sauté Celery and Onion in Butter until tender but not brown.

Sprinkle seasonings on Bread Cubes and toss.

Sprinkle Celery and Onion on Bread Cubes and toss.

Add Eggs and toss.

Pour Turkey Stock over and toss.

Stuff bird.

Put extra stuffing in buttered casserole; cover and bake at 300°F for 40 minutes; remove covet and allow to brown
