Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
- 7 - Eggs Beaten
- 1 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Onion Powder
- 8 slices - Bread Toasted & Cubed
- 8 ounces - Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated
Directions:
Cook & crumble sausage, drain.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt, garlic & onion powder.
Mix grated cheese, sausage & bread cubes.
Combine egg & cheese mixture together & stir evenly.
Pour into a greased baking dish, cover & chill overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Keep covered & bake 45-60 mins.
Uncover & bake for additional 20-30 mins. or until set & bubbling.
