Holiday Pecans

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Sugar
  2. 1 teaspoons - salt
  3. 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  4. 1 - egg white
  5. 3 cups - pecan halves
  6. 4 tablespoons - butter melted

Directions:

Heat oven to 300 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil, set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together sugar, salt, and cinnamon, set aside.
In medium-size bowl, whisk egg white and 1 T water until foamy. Add pecans to bowl and stir until coated. Pour in sugar mixture and melted butter and stir well to combine.
Spread mixture in an even layer on sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
