Hibiscus 7-Up

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Lemon
  2. 3 - Limes
  3. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  4. 1/2 cups - Water
  5. 3 - Dried Hibiscus Flowers

Directions:

In a small pan, simmer juice and zest of lemon and limes, sugar and ½ cup water until sugar dissolves. Add 3 dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat. Steep, covered, 2-3 hours. Strain through a double-mesh strainer and chill.

Carbonate according to SodaStream or soda siphon instructions, using a ratio of 4 parts cold, filtered water to 1 part syrup. Serve over ice in a Collins glass.
