Hibachi-Style Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Olive oil
  2. 2 - Large eggs Beaten
  3. 1 cups - Chicken (optional) Grilled, chopped
  4. 1/2 cups - Green onions Chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons - Garlic Chopped
  6. 2 cups - White rice Cooked
  7. 3 tablespoons - Soy sauce

Directions:

1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add olive oil.

3. Cook and stir eggs until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Add chicken (optional), green onion, and garlic.

5.Cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes.

6. Mix rice into egg mixture and stir until rice is warmed, about 2 minutes.

7. Add soy sauce.

8. Cook and stir until rice is evenly coated, about 3 minutes
