Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - butter
  2. 2 3/4 cups - granulated sugar
  3. 6 - eggs
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. 1 1/2 cups - flour
  6. 1 cups - cocoa

Directions:

First, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour and cocoa.

Pour into 9x13 or larger greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
