Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - 2-3 lbs. red skin potatoes Cut into wedges
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Cracked black pepper
  3. 1 teaspoons - Kosher salt
  4. 1/2 bottles - HEB Basting Oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients in lrg. bowl, place on a baking sheet & roast for 20-25 min. or until tender.
