Herb Butter with Tarragon

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - tarragon, fresh chopped
  2. 2 tablespoons - parsley, fresh, flat-leaf chopped
  3. 1 teaspoons - chives, fresh chopped
  4. 2 cloves -
  5. - garlic minced
  6. 1/2 cups - unsalted organic butter softened, preferably raw
  7. - sea salt to taste
  8. - black pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate. Yield: 1 cup.
Additional Tips
Season cooked vegetables with it or use when cooking fish.
