Ingredients:
- 32 ounces - Diced tomatoes canned Drain
- 3/4 whole - White onion
- 1/2 - Jalapeno More or less for hotness
- - Handful of cilantro More or less to taste
- - Lime juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 dashes - Cumin 1-3 dashes to taste
- - Salt to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor. Blend and serve with your favorite whole-food, minimally processed chips or fresh organic cucumbers.
