Ingredients:

  1. 32 ounces - Diced tomatoes canned Drain
  2. 3/4 whole - White onion
  3. 1/2 - Jalapeno More or less for hotness
  4. - Handful of cilantro More or less to taste
  5. - Lime juice from 1/2 lime
  6. 1 dashes - Cumin 1-3 dashes to taste
  7. - Salt to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor. Blend and serve with your favorite whole-food, minimally processed chips or fresh organic cucumbers.
