HEB Easy King Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole - Rotisserie Chicken Meat removed from bones
  2. 1 jars - Cookwell & Co. Tortilla Soup
  3. 1 pounds - HEB Easy Melt Queso Blanco
  4. 1 packages - 20-ct. Yellow corn tortillas
  5. 1 bunches - Green onions Chopped
  6. 2 cups - Colby Jack cheese

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375 deg. In a large stock pot add the Tortilla Soup and the Queso Blanco, heat over medium high heat until the cheese melts. Add in the chicken meat and the green onions and stir until combined. Cut the tortillas into strips and add to the soup mixture. Pour into a casserole dish, top w/ Colby Jack cheese. Place the dish into the oven and bake for 25-30 min or until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 deg.
