Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - (large pkg) marshmallows
  2. 1/2 cups - milk
  3. 1 cups - English walnut halves
  4. 1 cans - (large can) pineapple chunks drained
  5. 1 jars - (small jar) maraschino cherries
  6. 2 - egg yolks beaten
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  8. 1 pints - whipping cream
  9. 2 tablespoons - sugar or more, to taste
  10. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

In a double boiler, place the marshmallows and milk, and heat; when marshmallows are melted, add eggs and stir.

Pour over pineapple, maraschino cherries and walnuts. Let stand overnight.

Whip together the whipping cream with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold some of whipped cream into marshmallow and fruit mixture; top with remainder of whipped cream before serving.
