Soy sauce can be substituted for Braggs Liquid Aminos if gluten free is not a concern. There are also gluten free soy sauces available. A green salad or some steamed greens are both nice side dish choices with this.

Ingredients:
- 2 - Onions Chopped
- 2 - Celery ribs Sliced
- 3 - Potatoes Cut in chunks
- 1/2 pounds - Mushrooms Quartered
- 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
- 2 - Carrots Sliced
- 1/4 cups - Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1/4 cups - Red wine
- 2 teaspoons - Fresh ginger Grated
- 1/2 teaspoons - Marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoons - Thyme
- 3 1/2 tablespoons - Cornstarch
- - Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 cups - Water
Directions:
Place prepared vegetables in a 3 or 4 quart pot, add water, Braggs, wine, and spices.(everything except the cornstarch). Bring to boil then turn heat down and simmer till veggies are tender; about 75 minutes. Mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water, add to pot and simmer a few minutes to thicken stew. Taste and adjust salt/pepper as desired.
