Ingredients:
- 8 slices - Bacon
- 4 cups - New Red Potatoes
- 1 cups - Onions
- 1 cups - Dairy Sour Cream
- 1 1/4 cups - Milk
- 10 3/4 ounces - Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 ounces - Kernel Corn
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons - Thyme Leaves
Directions:
In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
