Hearty Bacon Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 8 slices - Bacon
  2. 4 cups - New Red Potatoes
  3. 1 cups - Onions
  4. 1 cups - Dairy Sour Cream
  5. 1 1/4 cups - Milk
  6. 10 3/4 ounces - Cream of Chicken Soup
  7. 8 ounces - Kernel Corn
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Thyme Leaves

Directions:

In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
