Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - Egg Product beaten
- 1 cups - Spinach chopped
- 1/2 cups - Fat-free half & half
- 1 teaspoons - Dried Thyme crushed
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
- 1 - Baked Pastry Crust
- 3 ounces - Shredded Gruyere or Swiss Cheese divided
- 1 - Baked Pastry Crust
- 3 ounces - Shredded Gruyere or Swiss Cheese divided
- 2 1/2 cups - Egg Product beaten
- 1 cups - Spinach chopped
- 1/2 cups - Fat-free half & half
- 1 teaspoons - Dried Thyme crushed
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°
Bake pastry shell and cool on wire rack
Reduce oven to 350°
In large bowl, beat together 3/4 cup cheese, egg product, spinach, half & half, thyme, salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture into baked pastry
Bake for 40 minutes
Sprinkle with reserved 2 tbsp. cheese
Bake about 10 minutes more or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean
Let stand on wire rack for 10 minutes before serving
