1 cups - balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons - onion minced
2 cloves - garlic minced
1 teaspoons - dry mustard
1 dashes - cayenne pepper
1 dashes - worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons - thyme
2 teaspoons - marjoram
1 leaves - bay leaf
1/4 cups - peppercorns cracked
2 teaspoons - meat tenderizer

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together for 4 to 6 steaks. Marinade for 4 to 6 hours.
