Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Blueberry Balsamic
- 1 teaspoons - Tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons - Cayenne
- 1/2 cups - Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cups - Blueberries
- 6 cups - Baby greens
- 6 ounces - Goat cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cups - Hazelnutes chopped
Directions:
Whisk together balsamic, tarragon, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne and olive oil until completely combined. Stir in blueberries.
In a large bowl, toss greens with half of dressing and divide on plates. Sprinkle on goat cheese and hazelnuts. Drizzle with more vinaigrette.
