Hazelnut & Goat Cheese Salad with Blueberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Blueberry Balsamic
  2. 1 teaspoons - Tarragon
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Ground black pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - Cayenne
  7. 1/2 cups - Extra virgin olive oil
  8. 1/4 cups - Blueberries
  9. 6 cups - Baby greens
  10. 6 ounces - Goat cheese crumbled
  11. 1/2 cups - Hazelnutes chopped

Directions:

Whisk together balsamic, tarragon, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne and olive oil until completely combined. Stir in blueberries.

In a large bowl, toss greens with half of dressing and divide on plates. Sprinkle on goat cheese and hazelnuts. Drizzle with more vinaigrette.
