Ingredients:

  1. 2 pints - Strawberries topped and halved
  2. - 750 Milliliters London Dry Gin
  3. 1 3/4 ounces - Strawberry Gin
  4. 1 3/4 ounces - Punt e Mes Vermouth
  5. 1 ounces - Orange Curacao
  6. 1/2 ounces - Lillet Rouge
  7. 2 drops - Angostura Bitters
  8. 12 ounces - Ginger Ale
  9. 3 slices - Cucumber garnish
  10. 3 - Strawberries halved
  11. 3 sprigs - Mint

Directions:

Make strawberry gin:
Combine 2 pints strawberries, topped and halved, and 750 milliliters London dry gin. Let infuse 24 hours. Strain, discarding strawberries.

Make Cocktail:
Combine 1¾ ounces strawberry gin, 1¾ ounces Punt e Mes vermouth, 1 ounce orange Curaçao, ½ ounce Lillet Rouge and 2 drops Angostura bitters. Stir gently. Fill three highball glasses ¾ full with ice and divide gin mixture among glasses. Top each with 4 ounces ginger ale. Garnish with cucumber slices, halved strawberries and sprigs of mint.
