Hawaiian Wedding Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Yellow or white cake mix
  2. 1 packages - Small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  3. 1 cups - Cold milk
  4. 1 packages - 8-0z. pkg. cream cheese Softened
  5. 1 packages - 8-oz. Cool Whip Thawed
  6. 1 cans - Small can crushed pineapple Drained
  7. 1/2 cups - Shredded cocunut
  8. 1/2 cups - Pecan pieces

Directions:

1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions for sheet cake and cool.

TO MAKE TOPPING:
1. Mix instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk with electric mixer until blended well.
2. Whip in softened cream cheese and thawed Cool Whip. Spread mixture on cake.
3. Top with small can of pineapple, coconut and pecan pieces.

Store in refrigerator.
