Hawaiian Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 2 heads - Green Cabbage Shredded
  2. 2 bulbs - Red medium onions Thinly sliced
  3. 1 cups - Red Pepper diced
  4. 1 cups - Green Pepper diced
  5. 1 cups - White wine vinegar
  6. 1 cups - Vegetable oil
  7. 1 cups - Cane Sugar
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Dijon Mustard

Directions:

In a large bowl combine cabbage, onion, peppers, and green olives.

In a sauce pan combine vinegar, oil, sugar, and Dijon mustard; bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 30 minutes, Pour over vegetables and mix well. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate over night, mix again before serving.
