Hash-Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - Frozen Hash Browns, Ore-Ida Southern style Thawed
  2. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  3. 2 tablespoons - Minced onion
  4. 1 cans - Cream of chicken or Potato soup
  5. 1 pints - Sour cream
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
  7. 1/2 cups - Oleo
  8. 2 cups - Crushed corn flakes
  9. 2 cups - Sharp cheddar chees

Directions:

Mix first six ingredients together. Place in 13X9 in. buttered dish Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix oleo and corn flakes and spread over cheese.

Bake 1 hour at 350.
