Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  3. 10 leaves - Kadipatta
  4. 2 tablespoons - Groundnuts Roasted
  5. 2 cups - Water
  6. - Salt To Taste
  7. pinchs - Kharo Papadiyo
  8. 1 cups - Handva Dhokla Flour
  9. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  10. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  11. pinchs - Turmeric
  12. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Methi Masala
  14. - Oil
  15. - Methi Masala
  16. - Kadipatta

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, kadipatta and groundnuts and saute.
Now add water, salt and kharo and boil the water with lid on.
Now in the handva flour, add chili powder, cumin coriander powder and turmeric and mix togehter.
Now whip the flour in the water mixture until smooth.
Cook with lid on for 8 to 10 minutes.
Now add sugar and methi masala, again cook with lid on for 5 minutes.
Serve with oil and methi masala on top.
Garnish with kadipatta.
Serve hot.
