Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 cups - Onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups - Milk
- 3/4 cups - Bisquick
- 3 - Eggs
- 1 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pounds - Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 cups - Onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups - Milk
- 3/4 cups - Bisquick
- 3 - Eggs
- 1 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Grease a 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie pan
Brown onion and beef and drain
Stir in salt and pepper and spread in pie pan
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth in blender on high speed (15 seconds)
Pour in dish
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes
Top with cheese and bake an additional 5-8 minutes until knife comes out clean
