Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - mild sausage
  2. 1 pounds - ground ham (I usually grind this myself)
  3. 1 pounds - ground pork (may have to ask butcher - this usually isn't on the grocery shelf)
  4. 1 1/2 cups - cracker crumbs
  5. 2 - beaten eggs
  6. 3/4 cups - milk
  7. 1 cups - brown sugar
  8. 1/2 cups - vinegar
  9. 1/2 cups - pineapple juice
  10. 3/4 teaspoons - ground mustard

Directions:

Mix the meats, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into balls and place in shallow pan.
Mix remaining ingredients into a sauce. Pour over the balls. Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours
