Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups - potatoes peeled and diced
- 1/3 cups - celery diced
- 1/3 cups - onion finely chopped
- 3/4 cups - ham cooked and diced
- 3 1/4 cups - water
- 2 tablespoons - chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - pepper
- 5 tablespoons - butter
- 5 tablespoons - all-purpose flour
- 2 cups - milk
Directions:
Combine potatoes, celery, onion, ham, and water in a stockpot, and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes.
Stir in bouillon, salt, and pepper.
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium-low, whisk in flour with fork, and stir until thick (1 minute). Slowly stir in milk, 4-5 minutes.
Stir mixture into stockpot and cook thoroughly.
