Ham Glaze

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - molasses
  2. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  3. 2 tablespoons - light brown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons - dark brown sugar
  5. 3 tablespoons - corn syrup
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - ginger

Directions:

Melt glaze ingredients.

Pour over ham that has been scored and pierced with cloves.

Baste 2-3 times while baking.

After removing from oven, mix 2 tablespoons dark and 2 tablespoons light brown sugar; pat over hot ham. Bake until sugar has melted into the ham.
