Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 blocks - Ham Chopped into chunks
  2. 6 whole - Potatoes
  3. 9 tablespoons - Flour
  4. 1 cups - Milk
  5. 1 cups - Water
  6. 4 tablespoons - Butter

Directions:

In large casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes.. sprinkle with 3 T. of flour and a couple "pats" of butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper, then sprinkle ham. Repeat layers until all used. Pour Milk and Water over top of it all. Cover with foil, bake 1 hour @ 400.
