Ham and Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Greek yogurt
  2. 1 tablespoons - fresh dill
  3. 1 tablespoons - milk
  4. - pepper to taste
  5. 4 - 4-inch baguettes
  6. 4 ounces - Havarti cheese
  7. 4 ounces - shaved ham
  8. 8 slices - sandwich pickles
  9. 8 - hard-cooked eggs sliced
  10. - dill

Directions:

For dressing, in a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill and milk; season to taste with pepper and spread over one side of each of the 4 split baguettes.

Layer each baguette with one each of cheese, one ounce of ham, 2 slices of pickles, and the slices from 2 hard-cooked eggs, along with additional dill if desired.
