Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons - fresh dill
- 1 tablespoons - milk
- - pepper to taste
- 4 - 4-inch baguettes
- 4 ounces - Havarti cheese
- 4 ounces - shaved ham
- 8 slices - sandwich pickles
- 8 - hard-cooked eggs sliced
- - dill
Directions:
For dressing, in a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill and milk; season to taste with pepper and spread over one side of each of the 4 split baguettes.
Layer each baguette with one each of cheese, one ounce of ham, 2 slices of pickles, and the slices from 2 hard-cooked eggs, along with additional dill if desired.
