Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Ham Butt Largest one with the most fat around the edges.
  2. 1/8 cups - Whole Cloves As many as needed to cover the ham
  3. 1 jars - Pickled Peaches Use juice only
  4. 3/4 cups - Brown Sugar

Directions:

Buy a fully cooked large Ham butt. Not pre sliced!!! Remove all plastic wrap and place in a pan in a 200 degree oven before bed. Do not cover. Put the fattest side on top. Cook over night. In the morning, pull it out, cool for 15 min and cover with cloves. Mix peach juice and brown sugar and spoon on top. Add pan drippings as you drip on top. Return to the oven and cook another 45 min at 200. Let cool. Remove cloves and carve. Place ham slices in the juice in the pan. Wrap ham bone in a plastic bag and freeze for soup. Ham is good for a week in the refrigerator.
