Ingredients:

  1. 3 ounces - foil-baked halibut or other fish
  2. 1/2 cups - green peppers
  3. 1/2 cups - onions
  4. 1/2 cups - red potatoes
  5. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  6. - herbs & spices to toss on potatoes

Directions:

3 oz foil-baked halibut or other fish with 1 c green peppers and onions. Serve with ½ c red potatoes, roasted in 1 Tbsp olive oil and seasoned with herbs and spices.
