Groundnut Curry

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - Groundnuts Soaked
  2. 2 tablespoons - Mint
  3. 3 tablespoons - Coriander
  4. 3 pieces - Green Chilies
  5. - Sindhav Salt For Taste
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  7. - Water As Required
  8. 2 teaspoons - Oil
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  10. 1 cups - Curd
  11. - Sindhav Salt To Taste
  12. 1 tablespoons - Jaggery
  13. 2 tablespoons - Groundnuts
  14. - Coriander For Garnishing

Directions:

In a mixer jar, add soaked groundnuts, mint, coriander, green chilies, salt, lemon juice and water and crush together.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add the paste, curd and mix together.
Now add salt, jaggery and cook for a while.
Now add groundnuts and mix.

Serve hot with coriander.
