Groundnut and Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Melted Ghee
  2. 1 tablespoons - Curd Unsour
  3. 1/4 cups - Powdered Sugar
  4. 1/2 cups - Amaranth Atta
  5. 2 tablespoons - Coconut Grated
  6. 2 tablespoons - Groundnuts Powdered
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  9. - Almond Slices For Garnishing

Directions:

In a bowl, add melted ghee and curd and whisk together.
Now add powdered sugar and whip til light.
Now add atta, coconut, groundnuts, cardamom and baking powder and mix together.
If required, add 1/2 teaspoon of milk. If still required, add milk a bit more.
Rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now make the cookies and add in greased baking tray. (Make sure the cookies are of small size as they will double after baking) Garnish with almond slices.

In a preheated oven, bake cookies on 170 degrees for 15 minutes. If required bake on 150 degrees again.
After cooled in oven, take cookies out and serve/store.
